Train the Trainer” is a specific conference in AIESEC Education Cycle, which prepares members to train and facilitate at local and national level. This seminar gives needed theoretical knowledge, as well as practical opportunity to prepare and deliver training to several participants. Obviously, it does not “produce” professional trainers within three days, but certainly equips with strong base for further practice those who wish to develop themselves for trainers.
