We are forming a “Young Professional” (YP) group in the Atyrau section of the SPE. The SPE has found that the success of chapters such as ours are much enhanced by having this active YP group. >>SPE recognizes the importance of those who one day will be leaders of the E&P industry. Many SPE sections have developed Young Professional (YP) programs to support and assist those in the industry with fewer than 10 years' experience. Through the network, young professionals function as an international team, maximizing the impact of local initiatives while also creating international events to serve the needs of today's young, global member.
