Manifesto of Westminster KazSociety: The aims of the Westminster Kazakhstan Society include: - Bringing all Kazakhstani students of the University of Westminster together. - Organising social events and activities of all sorts from intellectual to sporty and from leisure to partying. - Providing all kinds of help and support to our fellow Kazakhstani students. - Narrowing the gap between cultural differences of the UK and Kazakhstan so that we all feel happy to study abroad and maybe start missing home a little bit less. - Promoting Kazakhstan in all of its exciting aspects. That includes illustration and presentation of our rich and unique culture to everyone in the UK. - Showing that Kazakhstan is not just a country on the map, and that it plays an important role in the world arena. - Organising various types of events in cooperation with the Westminster University, Westminster Student Union and different university societies, Kazakh-British Society, Association of Kazakhstani Students in Great Britain, and other Kazakh student societies across the United Kingdom. - Giving you a chance to meet your fellow Kazakhstanis and their international friends through our society work. - Establishing the alumni network with the purpose of keeping our lives interconnected. - Keeping you updated regarding Kazakhstan related events that are going to take place in the UK and beyond. - Organising trips in collaboration with Westminster Student Union to different destinations across Britain, Europe and further than that. We offer you an opportunity to participate in our in-committee democratic elections, organisation of the events and to take part in whatever we do as a team. You are welcome to give feedback and criticise our performance! We will certainly accept your comments and take right actions towards improvement.
