ARMS Production offers production services & support to out of town or out of the country production companies. This service has been very well received. For a minimum service fee we can help coordinate projects, book crews, provide insurance and payroll throughout the Ukraine, Russia and Europe.

Production Research
ARMS Production investigates cost and availability of locations, sets, props, etc., on a regular basis to provide our clients with a more realistic, precise, and competitive bid. In addition, up-to-date information on crew charges and special equipment is checked frequently. A location library is maintained in our studio.
Casting
Due to the standards we set for our high quality production, we are very careful in the selection and recommendation of talent. We rely not only on Casting Agencies, but also have casting facilities in our own studio. We supervise the casting directly. In dealing with the existing problems of talent pools and union restrictions in the respective areas of production, the company offers experience and casting alternatives in Ukraine, Russia and Europe. Local schools and community groups are also tapped in search for new faces.
Post Production
Our strong post-production background guarantees leading edge results for any advertiser. Our experience in Special Effects, Animation, and Live Action combination spots is unequaled in the marketplace. We supervise the job through completion and special attention is paid to the transfer session to insure a proper transfer.
The Bidding Process
Because of our state-of-the-art computerized bidding process, we can develop estimates to produce spots in locations such as Europe, Russia, Ukraine, etc. The computerized bidding system also allows for the delivery of the most detailed and efficient estimates.
Open Bid Policy
Our policy and philosophy on Bidding is straight-forward. We provide with breakdown of all cost on line by line item and open book basis in the respective AICP forms of each country.
