Establishment of the WORLD YOUTH BANK is based upon the “Special Resolution on the World Youth Bank” adopted on the World Assembly of Youth (WAY) in Melaka, Malaysia. 1 August 2002. Establishment of WYB network of Regional and National Youth Banks recommended by United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, to which it is also affiliated to, and is supported by various international organizations and institutions (ILO, WB – YEN, UNICEF, etc).
