Manifesto of Shanghai Jiaotong University Student Society The aims of the Shanghai Jiaotong University Student Society include: - Bringing all students of the Shanghai Jiaotong University together. - Organizing social events and activities of all sorts from intellectual to sporty and from leisure to partying. - Providing all kinds of help and support to our fellow students. - Narrowing the gap between cultural differences so that we all feel happy to study abroad and maybe start missing home a little bit less. - Promoting Your home country in all of its exciting aspects. That includes illustration and presentation of our rich and unique culture to everyone in the China. - Organizing various types of events in cooperation with the Shanghai Jiaotong University Student Union and different university societies, Russian Club in Shanghai, Shanghai Networking, Kazakh Connection and other student societies across China. - Giving you a chance to meet your fellow students and their international friends through our society work. - Establishing the alumni network with the purpose of keeping our lives interconnected. - Keeping you updated regarding related events that are going to take place in China and beyond. - Organizing trips in collaboration with Shanghai Jiaotong University Student Union to different destinations across China, Asia and further than that. We offer you an opportunity to participate in our in-committee democratic elections, organization of the events and to take part in whatever we do as a team. You are welcome to give feedback and criticize our performance! We will certainly accept your comments and take right actions towards improvement.
