This group is intended to be a platform for discussing and planning a social campaign which has as aim encouraging reading in public spaces in Donetsk . The idea behind is the conviction that the society can be changed through reading and that we can create a model for young people, and not only, to show them that reading,in general, and reading in public spaces is not a shame, but can be "cool" and fun. The idea is very simple: we gather in a public space(tram, park, central square, cafe) people who like reading, we read together, we offer books to people interested in them, we talk about books and about encouraging reading using our model. There are 3 main steps in organizing this campaign 1. Promoting the idea- make it as popular as possible, using our networks. 2. Collecting books which will be distributed during the events. 3. Organizing the first campaign and donate the first books. We need active people interested in getting involved!
