The idea behind the Teachers’ Zone Speaking Club is to have regular meetups in our virtual staffroom where we can freely discuss a great variety of topics and have fun practicing the language with each other. As a Club member or participant you will be encouraged to: * chat with your colleagues, practicing teachers, from the comfort of your home via Zoom * boost your speaking skills and improve your command of English in collaboration with other professionals * gain confidence in speaking English by expressing yourself and sharing your ideas in a friendly atmosphere * learn from each other while participating in engaging and interactive activities * discuss trends and issues in ELT methods and share your effective classroom practices with your colleagues * professionally support less experienced teachers of English in case they need it * create a community of like-minded people
