Description: This interactive 2-day Procter & Gamble business game challenges outstanding women from various majors to use their knowledge in practice, and make the first step into the business world! P&G is looking for women who aim to get experience in Business/Sales in the environment of a multinational company. Successful candidate will have the opportunity to compare own ability to work in team with other fellow students on real business case study and to personally meet P&G leading managers from Sales/Customer Business Development department! The selection procedure consists of three parts: Step 1: an on-line application www.go2pg.com (choose Kazakhstan) Step 2: an assessment form that you need to complete successfully. You will receive it as soon as you complete the registration via e-mail. The purpose of this form is to check such qualities of each applicant as: leadership, risk-taking, creativity, collaboration, etc. Step 3: reasoning test at P&G office. Upon successful completion of the online assessment you will receive a copy of training reasoning test and an invite to our office to take part in a reasoning test. Results from the on-line assessment and reasoning test will be also be considered if you would like apply later for a job or/and internship at P&G. Qualifications Students at thier penultimate or last year of study. Fluent English language.
