Tigers is a "symbol of strength , courage , elegance and success"! After many years working within the fashion industry, I have decided to create my own boutique modelling agency, which will operate at an international level. TIGERS BY MATT scouts new models and educates them on the fundamental elements of modelling. Our highest priority is to help our models not only reach the highest levels within the industry, but to help foster an environment where they can follow their dreams. I believe that my experience as a model has helped bring me to this next chapter; being an agent. What I might find special in someone might be different for another scout. For me, it is very important to scout unique faces. I am looking for details like a beautiful shape of eyes, eyebrows, nose, ears. but one of the deciding factors is a strong personality. A good mother agent will be there for you through thick and thin. Tigers is exsclusive and represents a small number of models, which allows us to manage careers with an emphasis on personal development. If you belive enough in someone and have the right attitude, you can always archivie your goals. I hope that your agency will be able to join us in this endeavour. In working together we hope to create a prosperous relationship, not only for our models, but our agencies as a whole.
