“Train the Trainer” is a specific conference in AIESEC Education Cycle, which prepares members to train and facilitate at local and national level. This seminar gives needed theoretical knowledge, as well as practical opportunity to prepare and deliver training to several participants. Obviously, it does not “produce” professional trainers within three days, but certainly equips with strong base for further practice those who wish to develop themselves for trainers. Objectives * We raise awareness of the strategic dimension of training in AIESEC by creating a common understanding of training and delivery, * We provide the delegates with the right knowledge and we offer them support to develop their training skills, * We establish and empower an international collaboration by meeting and sharing experience with trainers from other AIESEC countries, * We provide support for EB in making LC members more efficient by delivering knowledge on high level
